Organisational Values represent what your organisation stands for as a business entity in the market place, as a corporate employer or employee, as well as its' mandated corporate identity.
Making sure that all managers and staff understand and demonstrate those Values is key to success in the 21st century global workplace environment. It represents a significant opportunity to differentiate your organization to stakeholders who are attracted to those values.
The Values component is just as important for Private companies as it is for Government entities.
Organisational Values are often used to complement the concept of Corporate Culture. The usual paradigm is that corporations with strong positive cultures have institutionalised a set of organisational values; a small set of concepts and ideals or guiding principles that guide an organisations' workforce to make important decisions

In our Industrial Theatre, the actors will also highlight how corporate or organizational values will affect not only the employees’ lives in a positive way but also the entire organization as well as their families and how that can change lives for the better.
